Who's this school for?

This school is for all the kids of Akri and surrounding areas. We are going to build a school where kids from all socio-economic backgrounds can come for quality education. Currently there are 2 avenues of education 1. A public school (that has no amenities, hardly any teachers, a rundown building and complete lack of management)

2. A few private schools in Badin city - which are expensive and only accessible to the affluent who can afford to live in or commute to Badin and pay the hefty monthly fees that are more than the monthly income of most residents.

We want to bridge the gap between the 2 - why cant kids get a decent education and excel regardless of their family income!

Got more questions? We'd love to hear from you

How will this school be run?

We're working with The Citizens Foundation (TCF) for the construction and management of this school. TCF is a hugely successful organization that has already built over 340 schools, educated 42,000 students and is actively managing them. TCF has ensured a 50-50 gender ratio in classes and has an all-female staff to encourage this. TCF invests a lot of time on continuously revising curriculum and training teachers in the latest teaching methodologies. TCF has also been proactive in bringing computer labs, science labs and technology aids like educational software to provide students with every opportunity to get a top-notch education.

TCF is also a 501-C non profit organization with an international presence - chapters in the US, UK and UAE. Learn more about TCF
